Royal Nakara is a neat guest house in Moo 3 and shares the small swimming pool with the next door guest house, Ben's House. The small restaurant on the terrace offers only breakfast. The atmosphere is very friendly and personal.

Ban Phimphaka is one of the older bungalow resorts in Ao Nang located at the beginning of Moo 3. The bungalows are built quite close to one another and situated in a tropical garden. The travel shop is on the main road and internet facilities can be used there. The small restaurant and bar are also located by the roadside and are both expensive for what they offer. Ban Phimphaka is only a stone's throw away from the Night Food Plaza and the Walkway of Ao Nang. It is about 10 mins walk to the beach.

Ao Nang Thara Lodge is centrally located on Moo 3. It is an older Bungalow Site with aircon or Fan Bungalows.

The Ao Nang Terrace Hotel located in Moo 3 is an old guest house style hotel. From Ao Nang Terrace Hotel it is a 10 mins walk to either Nopparat Thara Beach or Ao Nang Beach. The rooms are clean but not very nicely furnished and the Ao Nang Terrace Hotel is not really inviting for an extended stay. The small splash pool is facing the road. Breakfast is served at the Ao Nang Beach Terrace.

Won Won Guest house is an older guest house. The rooms all have aircon and hot showers. Centrally located and about 10 minutes walk to the beach.

Emerald Garden Resort is in the middle of Moo 3. The semi-detached bungalows are spread out in a large tropical garden. The room categories of Emerald Garden Resort vary between fan and aircon, single or double storey. The Emerald Garden Resort has two Swimming Pools and two restaurants with a cozy pool bar at the lower pool.

Blue Village is located at the end of Moo 3 about 2 km from the beach. The bungalows are located in a lush tropical garden. The Bungalows at Blue Village are equipped with Aircon and fridge. However, the bathrooms in these bungalows at Blue Village are separated from the sleeping room by a 7 step staircase. The rooms with fan at Blue Village are too close together and very small. The Restaurant at Blue Village is facing the road and offers only breakfast.

Baan Bandalay is a neat guest house-hotel about 10 mins walking distance from the beaches. The rooms all feature aircon, fridge, safety box and hot shower. Baan Bandalay does not have a swimming pool, but guests can use the pools at the Pavillion Queens Bay Resort or Krabi Thai Village Resort for a small fee. Cafe del Mar Restaurant is open all day and offers Thai and Western food as well as fresh coffee. Anyana Spa offers treatments at reasonable prices.

The small unique Cha Wan Resort located in Moo 3 consists of 5 two storey houses all built in Lanna Style. Each of the houses at Cha Wan Resort offers 2 rooms with a big porch upstairs and downstairs. The restaurant on the first floor on top of the lobby offers Thai and European Food at reasonable prices. Breakfast at Cha Wan Resort is served on your private terrace overlooking the pool. The Cha Wan Resort offers a free shuttle service to the beach and of course to Ao Nang.

The Best Western Ao Nang Bay Resort is only 10 mins walk to Noppharat Beach or Ao Nang Beach. The Best Western Ao Nang Bay Resort is a typical Four Star Hotel with a lush tropical garden. The rooms at the three storey building face the pool or the garden. The restaurant seems to be a bit small for the amount of rooms. The Ao Nang Night Market and shops are only minutes away.

Krabi La Playa Resort at the lower end of Moo 3 is only 5 mins walk from the beach. The Krabi La Playa was one of the first bigger hotels in Ao Nang. The rooms in the 4-storey building offer all the amenities you would expect from a 4 Star Hotel. The rooms on the ground floor have direct pool access. The Restaurant is not really inviting.

Krabi Thai Village Hotel is in the center of Moo 3 and offers all you would expect from a 4 Star Resort. The Krabi Thai Village Hotel has two Swimming Pools and 2 Restaurants offering Thai and Western Cuisine. It is about a 10 mins walk to the beach, but a free shuttle service is also offered. Restaurants and food stalls are nearby.

The Pakasai Resort is only a few minutes walking distance from the beach and the center of Ao Nang and situated at the lower end of Moo 3. Pakasai Resort offers all you would expect from a Four Star Resort. Due to the many trees in the garden the rooms are a bit dark and carelessly furnished. The Swimming Pool on the first floor terrace is just made to watch the sunset and sip a cool drink. The room rates are too high for what is offered at Pakasai Resort.

Palm Paradies Resort is about 20 mins walk from Nopparat Thara Beach. The Resort was opened in 2009 and keeps a nice familiar atmosphere despite its size. You can choose between rooms in the 2 storey main building of Palm Paradise Resort or one of the bungalows spread out in the garden. All rooms are nicely furnished and offer all amenities of a 3-4 Star Resort. For the season 2010/2011 noise disturbance is to be expected as many construction projects have been launched in this area of Ao Nang.

The Pavillion Queens Bay Resort in Ao Nang can be seen from far away. The view from the 6th floor roof terrace of Noppart Thara Beach, The bay of Ao Nang and the islands in the Andaman Sea is stunning. The rooms at the Pavillion Queens Bay Resort are quite spacious and they are furnished in Lanna Style with wooden floors and Lanna style decorations. The three swimming pools at The Pavillion Queens Bay invite you to relax. The Pavillion Queens Bay offers a free shuttle service to either Nopparat Thara or Ao Nang Beach. However it is only a 10 mins walk. Despite the nice location the rooms are too expensive.
