Mae Haad Cove is located at the quiet side of Mae Hat Bay in the South. It offers 7 bungalows with balconies and hammocks, some of which sit right on the beach. The others are built along a hill. All bungalows have a double bed and their own bathroom.

Maehaad View is a resort with simple bungalows. But the little huts come with double beds and attached bathroom. The bathrooms have only cold water and no toilet flushes. But you can easily forget about all of this when you discover the fantastic location of the resort right at the water. When you wake up in the morning, you can hear the waves in your bungalow.

Wang Sai Resort is a budget resort located at the southern end of Mae Had beach, connected to a quiet, forested hill, providing both beach and forest atmosphere. The resort offers 5 different bungalow styles.

Island View Cabana offers different bungalow styles and is also a dive center. There are very simple bungalows, but also quite luxurious ones. There is a restaurant attached as well as a little shop and a laundry service.
The dive school also rents out snorkel equipment.

LRoyal Orchid is located right on the beach. All rooms come with their own bathroom, fan as well as moskito nets at the windows. Bungalows with single, double twin bed are rather affordable.
Wang Sai Waterfall can be reached on foot easily from here.

Phangan Utopia is located between Mae Haad Beach and Thong Lang Bay. The resort has been built on top of the biggest hill and thus has a fantatstic view on the Gulf of Thailand. The resort offers a wide range of bungalows which start with bungalows for a lower budget. Some bungalows are built in classic Thai style, some in modern design. All bungalows come with aircon. fridge, hot water, bath tub, cable TV and DVD player.
There is a pool on the viewpoint terrace.

At Mae Hat Bay there is a ghost resort. It is situated high above Mae Hat Bay to the west of Phangan Utopia Resort. The view from the terrace of the ruins is fabulous.

Wang Sai Waterfall flows best after heavy rains and has a number of pools to cool off in.

It certainly isn't the biggest waterfall on Koh Phangan, but it's a beautiful stretch of fresh water.

Wang Sai waterfall is situated on the north west coast of the island near Mae Hat.

You will find Maneerat in the hills just before rolling down into Chalok Lam. Not only can you book elephant tours here, but also see monkeys and have your picture taken with a crocodile. Please make sure the animals are in good condition, if not tell the people and boycot the place.
