The Miao House is a small guesthouse located about 600 m from the beach and 50 m off the main road. It has a lovely garden where there are 3 rooms with fans and attached bathrooms also a house with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom with hot shower and veranda (from 4000 Baht per month). Ideal for short time or long term travelers as well.
There are bicycles free of charge and you can easily take a ride to the nearby beach or to the village. You will feel very relaxed at Miao House as you lay in the hammock next to the coconut palms, mango and rose apple trees. The female owner Miao with her son Ooh; a very kind family, reside in the grounds. They speak English well and they are willing to help with all types of information. Ooh organizes jungle treks for several days with an overnight stay in a tent in the Chumphon National Park. This is the home to elephants, gibbons, wild boars, macaque monkeys and many rare species of animals and plants.
