Rommanee is the area north of highway H401 from Takua Pa to Khao Sok and along the highway. 
Rommanee is a village that belongs to Kapong district. 
Its highlights are an unspoiled nature, a nicely developed hot spring and several elephant trekking routes.
Along the highway are a few simple restaurants, one of them with a splendid view across a tropical valley. 
On Sundays a market is set up near the center of the village by the side of the highway.
