On Koh Lanta motorbikes with side cars function as taxis. You can also rent them for the day to take you across the island.
 
Small Suzuki Pick-ups also function as Taxis and charge the same price.
 
Long tail boats

Long tail boats go from Ban Saladan to Koh Lanta Noi. They can also take motorbikes on board.


Rent a Car

Most travel shops can organize a rental car for you.

Or just rent a car at the airport upon arrival or even by internet from home. Hertz and Avis are popular in Krabi province.

You can also ask the front desk at your accommodation.
