Khuraburi is on the bus line Phuket - Chumphon. The bus from Rungkit Tour stops at the new bus station near the center of Khuraburi 7 times per day in either direction.
In addition there is a bus between the provincial capital Phang Nga and Khuraburi.
For Bangkok and the towns on the way there are second class buses about 5 times per day and a VIP bus at 18.15 hours.
