The bungalows are run by a local Thai family who cook authentic Thai food, run a travel agent for tour bookings and own a boat for fishing trips etc. They will drive you if you need a taxi. You can also rent motorbikes from here. Simply Life is one of the last cheap backpacker's places in Kantiang, which is slowly being taken over by expensive resorts.
