The travel agencies Andrew Tour and Pakbara Travel run minivans between Pakbara and Trang resp. Hat Yai.

New speedboats by Forra Travel, Lipeh Ferry and Bundhaya run to Koh Lipe at the same time for the same rates. So there is hardly any competition among the companies. The atmosphere around the harbor is relaxed.

Internet - there are several shops along the road near the pier.
Banks - are situated in La-Ngu, 10 km away. Most travel agencies near the pier change money, too.
Tarutao National Park Office - is situated next to the pier. The staff make reservations for the bungalows and tents on the islands of Tarutao, Adang and Rawi. They sell National Park tickets for 200 Baht and tickets for the boats to the National Park islands.
