On Koh Phayam there are no cars so the most convenient way will be to walk or to take a motorbike taxi. If you are a well trained motorbike driver and have got your driving license with you, you can rent one and drive around the island yourself. The motorbike taxis use the firm sand of Ao Yai for driving, too, hardly disturbing travelers.
Be aware: Some of the narrow roads are very treacherous. Even our experienced local driver fell down on the way to Kwang Peeb Bay.
