Baan Jailak is a group of 7 houses for rent near the center of Bang Niang, 100 m from the road to Chong Fah Waterfall. The pretty houses are equipped with air-conditioning, fan, cable TV and a refrigerator.

The Sweet Mango Bungalows are situated on Petchkasem Road, in front the resort's entrance on the left hand side is Sue Hairdresser, if you travel from Bang Niang market.The grounds of Sweet Mango Bungalow has big shady trees and a well maintained garden. All of the 10 bungalows are air con, separate to 6 family rooms with full amenities include kitchenette, dining room, and 4 standard rooms have the same amenities except kitchen room & coffee set. The Sinee Bungalows are situated in the center of Bang Niang, but hiding behind some houses along the main highway. They are normally rented out for longer periods to foreigners working in Khao Lak.

The Riverside Guesthouse is situated on the river next to the bridge in a shophouse. The rooms in the upper floors are adequate and clean. In addition there are 3 bungalow rooms in an attached row house. In the adjacent building the owners opened a dormitory with 2 large beds and 2 bunk beds, each bed for 250 Baht. The use of the attached kitchen is free. The guesthouse is run by a very friendly young family. Pranee, the mother of the owner, opened the Pranee Bungalows at the beach of Koh Kho Khao.

The new bungalow resort Baan Chong Fa is situated right in the center of the village of Bang Niang, it is surrounded by a tall wall. 9 comfortable and luxuriously furnished bungalows are set in two rows, all are exclusively equipped with very beautiful furniture. Inbetween there is a swimming pool with jacuzzi and several areas for sun bathing. Furthermore, a breakfast restaurant and a salon are available. The Thai O.T. Khaolak Resort is a very new bungalow village of holiday homes. The bungalows are very large (54 sq.m.) and have a large kitchen area, too. The one bedroom bungalows cost 2800 Baht in the high season, the two bedroom bungalows 5400 Baht in the high season. During Christmas/New Year a surcharge of 500 Baht applies. The room rate includes a small American breakfast for 2 persons. The rooms are painted in bright colors, the outside of the bungalows, too. When booking with Internet Booking Service Khao Lak there are discounts available.
The bungalows are situated about 800 m from Bang Niang Beach. The owners are a young local couple. The lady runs a pharmacy in Nang Thong.

The resort is situated 400 m away from the main road just below the mountains that constitute Khao Lak Lam Ru National Park.
