Suan Jo Resort is located in a very beautiful garden. When entering through the gate from the street your first impressions are perhaps you are in the wrong place: A wide hall under a metal roof, parking places with many cars, food stalls and sitting areas... Then you realize the hotel building is to the right in the background, and after crossing the hall you step out into another world: A beautiful tropical garden with fruit trees and several double storey bungalows in lively colours. It is your choice to stay in the more attractive bungalows or in the cheaper hotel rooms. All rooms are very clean, well equipped and with an attractive decor.

Dato Farm is 8 kms north of the city, located at a branch of Phetchaburi River. The Dato Farm is a
fish and coconut farm in a small Thai village, managed by Thomas Krey; 4 rooms with mosquito net and fan situated in a teak house together with the family; all-inclusive (accommodation plus all meals). You can catch and feed fish, collect wild honey, do boat tours on the river, help cooking in the kitchen and, above all, you can participate in the daily life of the village.

The chic Blue Sky Boutique Resort painted in shades of blue features cozy bungalows and rooms, most of them enjoying sea view. They are situated in a well tended garden with small fountains and many frangipani trees - the entire resort is characterized by lovely details. The luxurious VIP-rooms consist of two rooms, large panorama windows and a veranda with deck chairs. The Thai management speaks English very well but the staff only a little. Nevertheless they are very friendly and committed. Wi-Fi and American or Thai breakfast is included in the room rate. The pool near the beach is stylishly designed as well as the massage sala with sea view. The restaurant is open from 7 am to 5 pm, there is no menu in English language, but it offers an excellent cuisine.

The very new Baan I-Un Hotel is situated in the North of Hua Hin in a quiet lane 100 metres from the Petchkasem Highway. The 30 rooms are on 5 floors all with air con, well furnished and very clean. The rooms at the Ban I-Un Hotel are very good value for money. Breakfast is extra for an acceptable 70 Baht,including really good coffee. Car parking is available.

Prinz Garden Villa is a small Hotel & Restaurant in the south of Hua Hin. On the lower floors it has 8 clean rooms and 4 spacious family rooms suitable for guests in wheelchairs. On the top floor are 2 very spacious apartments (3900 Baht). All rooms are air-conditioned.
Prinz Garden Villa has a nice open restaurant and a fairly large pool surrounded by tropical foliage. The Prinz Garden Villa hotel is Thai-German management.
This hotel is very suitable for handicapped people.

Boonchu Bangburd Resort (BBR) & B.J. Bungalows is a typical Thai resort and located directly on the beach and features large, bright and clean rooms in row houses and nice wooden bungalows with a sea view, equipped with air-conditioning, TV, fridge and hot water. The restaurant is excellent and the owner is very friendly and committed to his business. Breakfast is included in the room rate at Boonchu Bangburd Resort (BBR). Room prices are from 800 Baht.

Tawan Resort (also Tha Wan Resort) is very popular among kite surfers and divers. In co-operation with the neighbouring dive and kite school Nereides they give discount for these people. There is a good restaurant, unfortunately it closes at 9 pm. The menu offers excellent choices and inexpensive prices, very delicious sea food dishes and Thai dishes, fruit shakes, spaghetti and American breakfast. During the weekends many Thai tourists and students visit Tawan Resort and at other times mainly Western tourists. All rooms and bungalows are equipped with aircon, TV, fridge and hot water. They are nicely furnished and the resort offers good service.
Extras: free WLAN and free bicycle rental, motorcycle rental, mini mart, pick-up service from Chumphon, guided tours.
