Kr Bar is located in Ao Nang Center Point on the second floor. KR Bar is a spacious bar with pool table and terrace to watch the sunset. Serves all the usual drinks. The beer is particularly well priced. Live music some nights and occasionally hosts well known Thai bands.

Long Horn Saloon is on the ground floor in the center point complex. It has a rustic western theme and there is a good live band most nights of the week. Serves all the usual drinks and cocktails.

Smile Bar is located in Ao Nang Center Point. Smile bar is run by the affectionately known "Piggy". Lively and friendly bar with pool table. Usual drinks served including imported cider. Been around for many years and popular with local ex pats.

The Airport Bar is located in Ao Nang Center Point on the 2nd floor. Easily recognized by the huge model Airbus hanging over the bar. There is a large pool table in this well presented modern bar. Drinks tend to be a little higher priced than the competition. Hostess service.

Full Moon Bar is quite popular amongst expats and locals. Located opposite Best Western Ban Ao Nang, Tom the owner of Full Moon Bar and Full Moon House mixes the best cocktails in Ao Nang. The service is very friendly and sports can be watched on the TV or just play a game of pool.

Absolute Bar is located just before the bridge to Nopparat Thara. Num and his wife the friendly owners with good English play nice music and serve ice cold beer and nice cocktails at reasonable prices.

Sue's Cocktail Bar is a nice spot in Soi 8. Sue is a friendly Thai with good English and a great sense of humour. Quite popular during high season.

Moo 2 House Bar is now located next to Krabi Resort. Yao and his wife Maem are considerate with their customers. Internt is free and the pool table is in good condition. Moo 2 House is popular amongst the diving community. If you are hungry, Maem does various Pizzas and Thai delights. Yao also organises private parties.

Amy 69 bar and lounge is on Ao Nang main street nearly opposite Swensens. Theres a bright green pool table outside with an aircon dancing bar inside. If you're into late nights and early mornings then this is the place to go. The prices are sensible too. Plenty of hostess staff.

Red Devil, owned by Italian Umberto who also owns the Blue Guesthouse in Ao Nang, is located on the outskirts of Ao Nang on the road towards Ao Nam Mao. This rustic slightly grubby little bar is tucked away off the beach road. Built of bamboo with a certain back packer feel. Live music most nights. Interesting and friendly staff. Occasionally there is an impromptu fire show in the road.

Khun Ban on the Beach is a Restaurant-Bar. The friendly policeman Ban, is well known amongst the locals and expats. His Restaurant is open 24 hrs and serves Thai food around the clock. Here you can meet to play a game of pool, watch football or just watch the sunset. You cannot miss it; the yellow Volkswagen Bully can be seen from a distance.

Luna bar is situated at the southern end of Nopparat Thara beach. Dancing tends to kick off late in the evening in the large bar area. There are two bars inside and a bunch of small girlie beer bars outside. All bars serves the usual drinks at over inflated prices until the early hours. Most people find their way there after the Ao Nang entertainment closes.
