TAT Office Phang Nga (ศูนย์ประสานงานการท่องเที่ยว จังหวัดพังงา) (PhangNga)     The TAT Phang Nga office of the Tourism Association of Thailand is situated at the western end of Phang Nga town beside Petchkasem Highway. As the office is far away from the bus station and the hotels, it is only rarely visited by tourists. The staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. The head of the office, Khun Laddawan, and her assistant, Pi Kung, go out of their way to produce correct and helpful information about Phang Nga province. Only rarely have we seen such a competent team in a TAT office. Have a look at their newest Phang Nga map which was produced with the help of the data base of t-globe.com. He offers Phang Nga Bay Tours and a Forest Temple Tour, in addition he rents motorbikes. These are 3 tours in the morning or afternoon as well as a special tour with kayaking among the breathtaking rocks. The rates are very inexpensive for what he offers.
