It has 56 rooms and provides them in two styles; that is, a three-story building which contains 40 rooms, and 16 bungalows in Soi Pak Klong. Nana House has clean rooms with bright decor and basic amenities. The building has a peach and purple exterior so it is easy to spot at the North end of the beach.

Janda Residence is located behind the alley of 99 Cha-am guesthouse. There are many ways to get there, but the easiest way is to enter to the alley between Utrecht Guesthouse and Nana House. Janda Residence is a four-storey building and has 6 rooms with air conditioner. It also provides a fan and two complimentary bottles of water.

The rental price for 2-3 people is 1000 Baht/night (not including breakfast) and
1500 Baht/night (including breakfast)

For a large group (10 people maximum), the hotel offers 3 x 6 square meter rooms. In the room, there are two double beds and two picnic beds including refrigerator, cable TV, and water heater. Pillows and blankets are in a wardrobe.

Rua Makham Villa is located on Ruam Chit Road in front of Cha-am beach. It contains 41 beautiful bungalows that you can get with fan or with air conditioners. Rua Makham Villa is full of plentiful trees where you can feel more relaxed and enjoy your vacation. It also offers car parks near the bungalows.
