The Folk Museum is easily overlooked in Chaiya as it is situated in the same compound of Wat Boromathat. This lovely little museum is tucked away in the most distant corner in the southwest of the large temple premises. It is not always open, so you have to find a monk whom you can tell that you want to see the museum. When you are lucky, you may be guided by the head monk who enjoys the exhibits very much himself.
