Khao Khriap Cave (ถ้ำเขาเกรียบ-aew) (Chumphon)
There is a Buddhist temple at the foot of the Khao Khriap hill. Almost 370 steps lead from the small temple to an impressive limestone rock. Not far below the summit the entrance to the cave is situated, which seems like the dome of a cathedral.

The cave is lightened up by some holes, but in order to capture its real dimensions you need a strong torchlight. Furthermore, sitter terraces, stalactites, stalagmites and pillars veiled in cloth are an impressive sight.

Khao Khriap Cave is located in Moo 4, Tambon Baan Kuan. It is 85 kms. from Chumphon Town.
