If you have a major problem, we suggest you go to one of the international hospitals either Bangkok Hospital, Rajavej or Ram in Chiang Mai. I made excellent experiences with CM Dental in case of any dental problem.
Doi Saket Hospital is ususally frequented by locals, however, if you have a minor injury I can recommend the hospital. For severe wounding we suggest going to any international hospital in the city of Chiang Mai
